PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT INSTALL UNITS ON CONCRETEHOW DO I KNOW MY CASTLE WILL ARRIVE ??When taking your Booking we will arrange with you on the phone the booking date, time of delivery, time of collection and the cost. These will all be confirmed by us by post or email. Upon receiving these please check the details and inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. Delivery & Collection are allocated in 2hours slots (except for indoor venues). We have NEVER LET a Customer down as we understand how important your Event is.

WHAT IS A HIRE PERIOD ??The price we give you is the price PER HIRE. A hire period starts from anytime after 8am and finishes the same day. Childrens Castles will all ways be collected in before 9.00pm. We do not leave Units Overnight unless specifically asked to do so & they must be in a secure locked area with lighting.There will be a charge of £40 for overnight or late collections, past our latest collection time which is 22.00 hrs and access in the morning will be necessary & could be very early please discuss your needs when making the Booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ??These will be received with your confirmation. These give you guidelines for safe rules of play and AGE OF USERS. Please read these and have them Signed ready with your payment when your delivery arrives.PLEASE NOTE NO SIGNED TERMS & CONDITIONS NO DELIVERY

PAYMENT ??We take no payment up front, acceptable payment is by Cash or Cheque (Cheques must be supported by a guarantee card) on Delivery.IF NO PAYMENT IS PRESENT WITH SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO DELIVERY WILL COMMENCE.

WET WEATHER CANCELATION PROCEDURE ??We do not charge if your Inflatable has to be cancelled due to continous rain. If there is just odd showers forecast we will still deliver. If continous rain is forecast we will contact you before your delivery to advise what to do.You can cancel your castle, but not after 5days prior to your event. A charge of full price for childrens castles, and 75% on any other equipment, will be charged for your booking if cancelled after this date.

WHAT WILL WE NEED ON DELIVERY ??2 forms of Identification upon arrival ie, Driving License, Utility Bill, or V5 Document.A clear Area of Grass. We do not and will not install a unit on Concrete. If a clear area is not available, we will not install you unit but you will still be liable for the hire cost.On Delivery we will need a clear access to where the Unit is to be Installed. Please ensure there is a minimum of 3 feet clearance on Garden path and Side Entrances. On booking please advise us if the unit needs to be taken up steps or through houses, unfortunately not all Units can be taken through properties and up steps due to weight & size. You may still be charged if you have inadequate access. A Standard Electric socket will be needed to power the Blower, we are able to supply petrol generators at extra cost if no power available.

WHAT'S INCLUDED ??The price we Quote includes :£5million Public Liability Insurance for our negligence.A Quality Inflatable Tested & InsuredOn & Off MatsWeatherproof Cables as standard.Electric Blower.
